Returns

We understand that sometimes a piece isn’t the right fit.

KENE offers a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal and have your order number and shipping ZIP code ready. Once your request is submitted, a prepaid return label will be generated for you. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Please note that processing times may vary, and it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and work quickly to make it right.

Exchanges 

At this time, KENE does not offer direct exchanges. To secure your preferred size or style, we recommend initiating a return for your original item and placing a new order separately.
